Schimbarea numelui reflecta decizia de a ne delimita de brandurile care includ numele „Fox” in diverse combinatii. Alegerea numelui Bismutika HR reflecta dorinta de a exprima mai bine esenta valorilor noastre, pastrand dedicarea, expertiza si parteneriatele noastre pentru a continua munca inceputa.

Inspiratia numelui este bismutul, un element chimic cu proprietati si culori spectaculoase. Prin topire si racire acesta recreeaza forme unice, insa isi pastreaza structura, anume geometria cubica in cascade.

Bismutika HR reprezinta, asadar, puterea transformarii, a adaptabilitatii si a rezilientei, dar si coerenta fata de valorile si esenta noastra.

The name change reflects the decision to differentiate ourselves from brands that include the name “Fox” in various combinations. We wanted something that would uniquely and originally express the way we do human resources. Choosing the name Bismutika HR reflects the desire to better express the essence of our values, while preserving our dedication, expertise and partnerships to continue the work we have started.

Inspiration for the name Bismutika, full-cycle HR agency

Our integrative approach is focused on business, team and career development. We aim to build sustainable and equitable partnerships, bringing together companies and people who share common values and objectives.

The inspiration for the name is bismuth, a metal with spectacular properties and colors. By melting and cooling, it recreates unique shapes, but retains its same structure, namely the cubic geometry in cascades. Bismutika HR therefore represents the power of transformation, reinvention, adaptability and resilience, but in a way that is coherent with our values and essence.
